How it works

Three messages, then a plan

You tell us about the patient. We find options in Cambodia or abroad, with the price in writing. We introduce you, and we stay in touch.

Our role

What we do, and what we do not do

We do

  • Find hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation and care in Cambodia
  • Find hospitals and clinics abroad
  • Get a written quote from the provider
  • Plan the flights, the stay and the papers if you go abroad
  • Tell you who pays us
  • Check in afterwards

We do not

  • Diagnose, or give medical opinions
  • Give treatment or sell medicine
  • Promise that any treatment will work
  • Hide who pays us
  • Push you to travel
Our promises

What we promise every family

  • Every price in writing.

We ask the provider for a written quote, so you know the cost before you decide.

  • We are not doctors, and we never pretend to be.

We give no medical opinions. The clinic’s doctors, and your own doctor, decide what suits the patient.

  • We never promise a result.

We say what a treatment costs and what has been studied. We never promise a cure.

  • Your details stay with us.

We never sell your information. We share it with a provider only when you ask us to introduce you.

  • A person answers you.

A Khmer speaker with time for your questions.

  • We stay with you afterwards.

We check in after the treatment, in Cambodia or abroad, and you can message us when a new question comes up.

Tell us about the patient. A person will reply.

Write to us on Telegram in your own words. A person reads every message.
